Save It! Loan is providing this Interim Terms of Use and Privacy Statement which explains our views and practices concerning privacy, and how they may pertain to you as a user of our website. Since this program is currently in a pilot phase, these terms may change without notice. If you have specific questions, please use the contact information in the contact us section.
"You" or "Your" means you as a participant in or as a user of the Save It! Loan program. "We" or "Our" or "Us" means Save It! Loan. "Our site" means saveitloan.com. All information transmitted, printed or otherwise submitted to Save It! Loan via this website shall be deemed to be the property of Save It! Loan and Save It! Loan shall be free to use such information for any lawful purpose as detailed herein. We reserve the right to release such information to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law.
What Information We Collect

Your Opt-Out Rights
As we build our program, we will mature our ability to provide you only with the
information you need. You may always contact us if you would like to be removed
from our system. If you remove your information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes like education or alternate program
promotion. Save It! Loan takes your privacy seriously and does not tolerate spam.
Requests to have your
information removed from our system will be handled as our
staff is able.
Our Right to Contact You
We reserve the right to contact you regarding your account status and changes to agreements, privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to you. If you have a current or outstanding loan, we reserve our standard rights to communicate with you until the loan is satisfied.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time by notifying you of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy or by posting the changes online at our site.
We Do Not Intend to Collect Data from Children
The information and services provided by us are not intended to be viewed by children (under 18 years old). No information collected from children is knowingly used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Save It! Loan.

will be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or user name, whether
